Postpartum Support
There are many support groups along the Wasatch Front if you feel that you need somewhere to hold space for the emotions that you may be feeling. Groups like these are beneficial for moms feeling all sorts of emotions, good or bad, not just postpartum mood disorders. Many of these groups have Facebook presence and list the group meetings that are typically help monthly and vary in topics. I am so proud to co-host the Positive Birth Group-Davis County along side my fellow Davis County Doula sisters, please see the Facebook page for group event listings.
Postpartum Progress is a helpful link to find support in your area as well.
